Sports Academies
Establishment of Sports Academies at Jaipur Kendra.
The school has the best sports infrastructure and to utilize the same for school students, a need of Sports Academy consisting of coaches of different games and sports was deeply felt. The objective of the Sports Academy is to help students become the best in his/her chosen sport. Students will be benefitted by the experts of trained coaches. Students will also get various opportunities to learn and grow through good competitions at different levels.
The main goals are as follows:
- Using the vast under-utilised sports infrastructure of the school.
- Believing in the philosophy of outsourcing thereby benefitting from the expert and trained coaches and their teams.
- Giving all a fair chance to learn and grow through good competition.
- Overcoming the limitations of having coaches in all the games in the school.
- Providing opportunity to other school students who wish to make use of the facilities.
- With this philosophy in mind the Management decided to establish academies in various sports and games by inviting different organizations working in the respective fields.
These academies became functional in the month of December 2022 and are doing well.
For outdoor games we have Cricket, Tennis, Football & Basketball . The huge sports complex hosts Indoor games like Badminton, Squash, Skating and Martial Arts.
As on May 2023 nearly 350 students are being coached in different sports and games. Most academies function in the evening between 5 pm to 7 pm.
