education,culture and administration.<\/p>\n<p>He was instrumental in starting the Rajasthan University and Sawai Man Singh Hospital.<\/p>\n<p>He established the Lal Bahadur Shastri (LBS) college in Jaipur in 1963.<\/p>\n<p>He was an empathetic leader who was gentle,persuasive and had unique ability to win the hearts of the adversary.<\/p>\n<p>He was the first Minister of Education and health of Rajasthan from 1946-1949.<\/p>\n<p>He was the Chairman of Rajasthan Public Service commission from 1949 to 1958.<\/p>\n<p>He was the person who contributed immensely in starting the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan\u2019s Jaipur Kendra.in 1978 and served as the founder Chairman Of Bhavans Jaipur kendra from 1985 to
